These terms govern your use of ChildLock ("the App"), an iOS application distributed by EpowerX Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.
ChildLock is offered on a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price then displayed to you.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Apple ID account settings at any time: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
All iOS refunds are processed by Apple, not by ChildLock or EpowerX Labs. EpowerX Labs does not process iOS refunds. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have visibility into Apple's refund decisions.
If you re-install ChildLock or install it on a new device using the same Apple ID, tap the in-app Restore Purchases button and your active subscription will be re-applied. No re-payment is required.
Except as expressly modified above, your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula . In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where Apple's Standard EULA provides otherwise.
